How to keep blood pressure under control?

👉Nowadays the number of people affected affected by blood pressure at a young age.

👉 Man gets sick due to food habits, lifestyle, high stress, lack of sleep etc.

👉 In the present time, the number of people suffering from high blood pressure is increasing.

👉If the blood pressure is high, the risk of stroke and heart attack increases significantly.

👉It is better not to eat refined carbohydrates like flour, sugar, white rice, cakes, burgers, white bread.

👉Eat sorghum, barley, copper bread or multigrain flour bread

👉 Everyone with high blood pressure should exercise for at least 30-40 minutes every day.

Or jogging for 30 minutes is also helpful.

👉People with high blood pressure should take medication regularly. So be careful in advance

👉It is very good for people suffering from high blood pressure to reduce stress

👉 Eat sorghum, barley, ragi bread or multigrain flour bread

👉Fresh fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy products, pulses and greens should be consumed more.

👉 People with BP should stay away from pickles, package food and other food items.

👉 Remember that the more you control your weight, the lower your blood pressure will be.

👉 Foods containing potassium are good for those with high blood pressure, so make sure to include avocado, salmon, tuna, nuts, yogurt etc. in the diet.

👉Reduce smoking and drinking alcohol. It is advisable to limit smoking or drinking alcohol.

👉High salt intake contributes to high blood pressure.

How to control Blood Pressure?

రక్త పోటు నియంత్రణ లో ఉంచు కోవడం ఎలా?

👉ప్రస్తుతం అనారోగ్యం బారిన పడేవారి సంఖ్య రోజు రోజు పెరిగిపోతోంది. చిన్న వయసు లొనే రక్త పోటు బారిన పడుతున్నారు.

👉ఆహారపు అలవాట్లు, జీవనశైలి, అధిక ఒత్తిడి, నిద్రలేమి తదితర కారణాల వల్ల మనిషి అనారోగ్యం బారిన పడుతున్నాడు.

👉 ఇక ప్రస్తుత కాలంలో అధిక రక్తపోటుతో బాధపడేవారూ పెరిగిపోతున్నారు.

👉 రక్తపోటు ఎక్కువగా ఉంటే, స్ట్రోక్,గుండెపోటు ప్రమాదం గణనీయంగా పెరుగుతుంది.

👉మైదా, పంచదార, తెల్ల బియ్యం, కేకులు, బర్గర్లు, వైట్ బ్రెడ్ వంటి శుద్ధి చేసిన కార్బోహైడ్రేట్లను తినక పోవడం మంచిది.

జొన్నలు, బార్లీ, రాగి రొట్టె లేదా మల్టీగ్రెయిన్ ఫ్లోర్ బ్రెడ్ తినండి

👉 అధిక రక్తపోటు ఉన్న ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ ప్రతిరోజూ కనీసం 30-40 నిమిషాల పాటు వ్యాయామం చేయాలి.

లేదా 30 నిమిషాల పాటు జాగింగ్ చేయడం కూడా ఉపయోగకరంగా ఉంటుంది.

👉 అధిక రక్తపోటు ఉన్నవారు క్రమం తప్పకుండా మందులు తీసుకోవాలి. కాబట్టి ముందుగానే జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండండి

👉అధిక రక్తపోటు సమస్యతో బాధపడుతున్నవారు ఒత్తిడినితగ్గించుకోవడం చాలా మంచిది

👉జొన్నలు, బార్లీ, రాగి రొట్టె లేదా మల్టీగ్రెయిన్ ఫ్లోర్ బ్రెడ్ తినండి

👉తాజా పండ్లు, కూరగాయలు, కొవ్వు తక్కువగా ఉండే డెయిరీ ఉత్పత్తులు, పప్పుధాన్యాలు, ఆకుకూరలను ఎక్కువగా తీసుకోవాలి.

👉బీపీ ఉన్న వాళ్లు పచ్చళ్లు, ప్యాకేజ్ ఫుడ్డు తదితర ఆహార పదార్థాలకు దూరంగా ఉండాలి.

👉 మీ బరువును ఎంత నియంత్రణలో ఉంచుకుంటే, మీ రక్తపోటు తగ్గుతుందని గుర్తుంచుకోండి.

👉అధిక రక్తపోటు ఉన్న వారికి పొటాషియం ఉన్న ఆహార పదార్థాలు మేలు కావున ఆహారంలో , అవకాడో, సాల్మన్, ట్యూనా, నట్స్, పెరుగు మొదలైనవి ఉండేలా చూసుకోవాలి.

👉ధూమపానం, మద్యం సేవించడం తగ్గించండి. ధూమపానం లేదా మద్యం సేవించడం పరిమితం చేయడం మంచిది .

👉అధిక ఉప్పు తీసుకోవడం అధిక రక్తపోటుకు దోహదం చేస్తుంది.

ఫిజికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ అడ్మిషన్స్

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఉన్నత విద్యామండలి (టీఎస్సీహెచ్ ఈ) ఫిజికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్లో అడ్మిషన్స్ కోసం నిర్వహించే ఫిజికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ ఉమ్మడి ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష(టీఎస్ పీ ఈసెట్ 2023 నోటిఫికేషన్ ను విడుదల చేసింది. దీన్ని కరీంనగర్ లోని శాతవాహన యూ నివర్సిటీ నిర్వహిస్తోంది. ఈ పరీక్ష ద్వారా రెండేళ్ల వ్యవధిగల బీపీఈడీ, డీపీ ఈడీ కోర్సుల్లో ప్రవేశాలు కల్పిస్తారు.

విద్యార్హతలు:

బీపీఈడీ కోర్సుకు ఏదైనా విభాగంలో బ్యాచిలర్స్ డిగ్రీ ఉత్తీర్ణతతో పాటు వయసు 19 ఏళ్లు నిండి ఉండాలి. డీపీఈడీ కోర్సుకు ఇంటర్ ఉత్తీర్ణత తోపాటు 16 ఏళ్లు నిండి ఉండాలి.

Applications are invited On-line from the employees of Telangana State through the proforma made available on the Official WEBSITE of the Commission http://www.tspsc.gov.in for Departmental Tests May - 2023 Session scheduled to be held from 15/06/2023 to 24/06/2023 at (09) Earlier District Head Quarters of Telangana State including Hyderabad district clubbed with Rangareddy District & HMDA limits.

Examinations shall be conducted on On-Line mode in computer Based Test (CBT) method of examination.

Joint CSIR-UGC NET: జాయింట్‌ సీఎస్‌ఐఆర్‌- యూజీసీ నెట్‌ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదల

దేశవ్యాప్తంగా సైన్స్‌, తత్సమాన కోర్సులకు సంబంధించి జేఆర్‌ఎఫ్‌ అండ్‌ లెక్చర్‌షిప్‌/ అసిస్టెంట్‌ ప్రొఫెసర్‌ అర్హతకు నిర్వహించే జాయింట్‌ సీఎస్‌ఐఆర్‌-యూజీసీ నేషనల్‌ ఎలిజిబిలిటీ టెస్ట్‌ (NET) డిసెంబర్‌ 2022/జూన్‌ 2023కు ప్రకటన విడుదలైంది.

Eligibility:

Candidate must be a resident of India and must have studied previous classes in TELANGANA only.

Must have passed the qualifying examination in first attempt in April-2023 only. Candidates who have passed in earlier years are not eligible and need not apply.

OC Candidate must secure a minimum GPA of 6 and BC, SC, ST and minority candidates must secure minimum GPA of 5 in S.S.C or equivalent qualifying examination and GPA of 4 in English for all the candidates.

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED IN SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION THROUGH ONLINE:

The candidate shall first go through the information bulletin carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for TSRJC-CET 2023.

The candidate after satisfying himself/ herself about the eligibility criteria for the submission of application through online shall pay a fee of Rs.200/- through ONLINE or through Credit card (Payment gateway ) for submission of application through Online.

At the ONLINE CENTER or PAYMENT GATEWAY (By Credit Card/Debit Card) the candidate has to give the required preliminary data (i.e. Name of the candidate, Date of birth and mobile number).

On receipt of fee at ONLINE or PAYMENT GATEWAY, the candidate shall be issued a Journal Number with which she/ he can proceed with submission of application through online through the website http://tsrjdc.cgg.gov.in Issue of Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed submission of application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.

Before submission of the Online application form, the candidate has to fill up the Model Application form (given at annexure)

Candidate who are appearing for SSC Board Examinations in April-2022 have to Enter the hall ticket Number while filling the online application. Once HT number is entered, the data and photo of the candidate will be captured online. Data not available in SSC Board data shall be entered by the candidate.

The applicants ( other than SSC Board ) shall follow the procedure for submission of online application as given in the ‘Information Bulletin’ and also as per the instructions provided online while filling up the online application form. The Candidate should be ready with photograph of size 3.5 X 4.5 cms. Before filling in on-line application. The Photo should be scanned and uploaded along with the application form.

While filling the online application, the candidate has to opt for the course. Once a course is opted, that cannot be changed.

The applicants may not posses any certificate at the time of application, but they must obtain original certificates (Caste, Income, Study, Special category) by the time of counselling.

On submission of application ONLINE, the candidate has to take a copy (print) of application form in which a reference number is given. This Reference number is required to download the Hall Ticket. The copy of online application is to be preserved for further reference.

For any mistakes/ incorrect information, the candidate is solely held responsible. Hence, they must take utmost care while filling the online application.

The Applications of the ineligible candidates will be summarily rejected.

The selected Candidate must produce the original certificates mentioned in the application at the time of admission.

అర్హత:

అభ్యర్థి తప్పనిసరిగా భారతదేశ నివాసి అయి ఉండాలి మరియు తెలంగాణాలో మాత్రమే మునుపటి తరగతులు చదివి ఉండాలి.

TSRJC Common Entrance Test - 2023 for admission into Intermediate FIRST Year in TSR Junior Colleges Online Apply @ https://tsrjdc.cgg.gov.in/

Eligibility:

Candidate must be a resident of India and must have studied previous classes in TELANGANA only.

Must have passed the qualifying examination in first attempt in April-2023 only. Candidates who have passed in earlier years are not eligible and need not apply.

OC Candidate must secure a minimum GPA of 6 and BC, SC, ST and minority candidates must secure minimum GPA of 5 in S.S.C or equivalent qualifying examination and GPA of 4 in English for all the candidates.
