ADMISSION NOTIFICATION FOR 6-YEAR INTEGRATED B.TECH. PROGRAM 2025-26
Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for Admission in to Six Year Integrated B.Tech. Program for the academic year 2025-26. Interested candidates can apply for admission online through TG online centre/ Meeseva/ University website www.rgukt.ac.in.
Candidates can submit online applications from 31.05.2025. The last date for receiving online applications is 21.06.2025

2.Procedure for applying admission into RGUKT:
The process of submitting application comprises of the following steps:
i. Fill the online application form and get the application ID after submitting the details.
ii. Pay the application fee as applicable.
iii. Print the filled application form. iv. Only PH/CAP/NCC/Sports applicants have to post their online printed application forms along with following certificates: a. The receipt issued by the TG Online services.
b. Physically Challenged (PH) certificate along with proforma signed by the competent authority (see Annexure-VI).
c. Children of Armed Forces (CAP) certificate (see Annexure-VII).
d. NCC certificate (see Annexure- VIII).
e. Sports certificate(s) at the level of inter-district and above (see Annexure-VIII)
3.Application Fee:

Candidates belonging to Telangana, who applied for the unfilled seats of Global category, will also be considered under the General category of admission.
i.The application fee should be paid through TG Online service, for which the service center will issue a receipt.
ii. An additional amount of Rs. 25.00 per application should be paid as a service charge to the TG Online Centre.
iii. If any candidate submits his/her application more than once, in such a case, the latest application is considered for the selection process.
iv. After submitting the application online, the PH/ CAP/ NCC/ Sports applicants should send immediately the print-out of the online application, duly signed by the candidate, along with the relevant certificates, to the following address by Speed Post/Registered Post to reach on or before 25-06-2025.

4. Admission Procedure:
Admissions to the first year of 6 years Integrated B Tech Program (2025-26) will be based on merit in the total marks obtained and marks obtained in each subject in 10th class (SSC/Equivalent examination conducted in 2025), by following the statutory reservations of the State. As prescribed by the Government for the year 2025-26 under letter No.300/TE/A2/2025 dated 22.05.2025, deprivation score of 4 marks (4 % of maximum marks in the concerned subject) shall be added to each subject in the 10th class marks of those applicants who studied in non-residential Government Schools including the Zilla Parishad and Municipal Schools, with an objective of providing weightage to the socio economically challenged students in the admission process.
Selection Method:
Admissions will be based on merit in total marks obtained and marks obtained in each subject in 10th class (SSC/Equivalent examination conducted in 2025). As prescribed by the Government for the year 2025-26 under letter No.300/TE/A2/2025 dated 22.05.2025, deprivation score of 4 marks (4 % of maximum marks in the concerned subject) shall be added to each subject in the 10th class marks of those applicants who studied in non-residential Government Schools including the Zilla Parishad and Municipal Schools, with an objective of providing weightage to the socio economically challenged students in the admission process.
In case of a tie in score, it will be resolved by adopting the following options in the following sequence:
a. Higher marks in Mathematics
b. Higher marks in General Science
c. Higher marks in English
d. Higher marks in Social Studies
e. Higher marks in 1st Language
f. Older candidate as per the Date of Birth
g. Lowest random number obtained from the hall ticket number
