⭐Affidavit to be submitted by Junior Civil Judge or Notary on Rs.50 stamp paper.

SSC MEMO should get NOT FOUND certificate from police station or certificate from Deputy Tehsildar.
Declaration from the candidate that SSC MEMO has not been suspended till date.
If the original MEMO is found, the duplicate MEMO should be handed over to the Director of Govt.Examinations.
Covering letter forwarding the application of the candidate from the concerned principals should be submitted to the DGE.
