Special Disability Leave In Telugu

 ప్రత్యేక ఆశక్తత సెలవు

1. ఫండమెంటల్ రూల్ 83 ప్రకారం విధి నిర్వాహణ సందర్భంలో గాయపడి అశక్తులైన శాశ్వత మరియు తాత్కాలిక ఉద్యోగులకు ఈ సెలవు మంజూరుచేయబడుతుంది.

2.సంఘటన జరిగిన మూడు నెలలలోగా అశక్తత స్పష్టమైన సందర్భంలోనే ఈ సెలవు మంజూరు చేయబడుతుంది. *[(Fundamental Rule-83(1)]*

3. 24 నెలలకు మించకుండా వైద్యాధికారి సిఫారసు మేరకు ఈ ప్రత్యేక అశక్తత సెలవును మంజూరుచేయు అధికారం ప్రభుత్వానికే తప్ప ఏ ఇతర అధికారులకు లేదు.

4.గజిటెడ్ ఉద్యోగుల విషయంలో అయితే మెడికల్ బోర్డు,NGO ల విషయంలో సివిల్ సర్జన్ సర్టిఫికెట్ జారిచేయాల్సి వుంటుంది. *[(Fundamental Rule-83(3)]*

5. కాని సెలవు రెండు నెలలకు మించని పరిస్థితులలో ప్రభుత్వ వైద్యాధికారి మెడికల్ సర్టిఫికెట్ ఇవ్వవచ్చు. *(G.O.Ms.No.40 Fin తేది:03-06-1991)*

6.ఈ సెలవు ఇతర సెలవులతో కలిపి కూడా మంజూరుచేయవచ్చు.ఈ సెలవు ఏ సెలవు ఖాతా నుండి తగ్గించకూడదు.

7.ఈ సెలవు కాలంలో ఉద్యోగులకు 120 రోజులకు పూర్తి జీతం.మిగితా కాలానికి సగం జీతం మంజూరుచేస్తారు.

8. కార్యాలయం నుండి ఇంటికి,ఇంటి నుండి కార్యాలయానికి వేళ్ళుచున్న సమయంలో జరిగిన రోడ్డు ప్రమాదం వల్ల అశక్తతకు గురియైతే ఈ సెలవు మంజూరు చేయడానికి వీలులేదు.

9. కాని ఒక కార్యాలయం నుండి మరోక కార్యాలయానికి,కోర్టుకో లేక ఫీల్డులో కార్యస్థానమునకు వెళ్ళు సందర్భంలో ప్రమాదానికి గురై అశక్తులైన ఉద్యోగులు ఈ సెలవుకు అర్హులు. *(G.O.Ms.No.133 F&P తేది:19-06-1991)

Leave Not Due In Telugu

సంపాదించని సెలవు

1. లీవ్ రూల్స్ 1933లోని రూలు 15 C, 18 C& 25& G.O.Ms.,N o, 543, Fin. తేది : 7-12-1977 ప్రకారం ఈ సెలపు మెడికల్ సర్టిపికెట్ పై మాత్రమే సగం జీతపు సెలవు ఖాతాలో నిల్వలేనపుడు భీవిష్యత్తులో ఆర్థించబోయే సగం జీతపు సెలవు వినియోగించుటకు ఈ సెలవు మంజూరు చేస్తారు.

2. మొత్తం సర్వీసులో 180 రోజులకు మించకుండా ఈ సెలవు మంజూరు చేస్తారు

3. సంపాదించని సెలవులో ఉన్న ఉద్యోగులకు సగం జీతపు సెలవులో పొందే సెలవు జీతం మరియ భత్యములు చెల్లిస్తారు

Special Casual Leave In Telugu

 ప్రత్యేక ఆకస్మిక సెలవులు

1. ఫండమెంటల్ రూలు-85 రూలింగ్ 4 లోని అనుబంధం-VII ఐటమ్ 11 లో విశదీకరించారు.

2. ఉద్యోగి వ్యక్తిగత ప్రయోజనాలతో సంబంధo లేకుండా ప్రత్యేక ఆకస్మిక సెలవు మంజూరుచేయవచ్చు.

3.ఈ ప్రత్యేక ఆకస్మిక సెలవు సాధారణ,యాదృచ్చిక సెలవు 15 రోజులకు అదనంగా మంజూరుచేయవచ్చు.

4. క్యాలెండర్ సం॥లో 7 రోజులకు మించకుండా ప్రత్యేక సాధారణ సెలవు వాడుకోవచ్చు. *(G.O.Ms.No.47,Fin తేది:19-02-1965)*

5. సాధారణ సెలవు నిల్వయున్నపటికి Spl.CL వాడుకోవచ్చు.Spl.CL ఇతర సాధారణ సెలవుదినాలతో కలిపి 10 రోజులకు మించకుండా వాడుకోవాలి.

6. రక్తదానం చేసిన ఉద్యోగికి ఒకరోజు Spl.CL ఇవ్వబడుతుంది. *(G.O.Ms.No.137 M&H తేది:23-2-1984)*

Casual Leave In Telugu

సాధారణ సెలవు

1. ఈ సెలవు ప్రత్యేక పరిస్థితులలో తక్కువ కాలం డ్యూటీకి గైర్హాజరు అయిన సందర్భంలో వాడుటకు ఉద్దేశించబడింది .

2.ప్రాథమిక నియమావళి లోని రూలు 25 రూలింగ్ 04 అనుబంధం VII లో సాధారణ సెలవు నియమాలు ప్రత్యేకంగా పొందుపర్చారు.

3. ప్రతి క్యాలెండర్ సం॥ కి 15 చొప్పున మంజూరు చేయబడతాయి. *(G.O.Ms.No.52 Dt:04-02-1981)*

4. సాధారణ సెలవులు,ఆప్షనల్ సెలవులు,ఆదివాములు ఇతర అనుమతించిన సెలవులతో ముందు,వెనుకా జతపరుచుకోవచ్చును.కాని మొత్తం కలిపి 10 రోజులకు మించకూడదు. *(G.O.Ms.No.2465 Fin Dt:23-12-1959)* *(G.O.Ms.No.2094 Fin Dt:22-04-1960)*

5. ఒక క్యాలెండర్ సం॥ లో 5 ఆప్షనల్ హాలిడేస్ ను,3 లోకల్ హాలిడేస్ ను వినియోగించుకోవచ్చును.లోకల్ హాలిడేస్ అకాడమిక్ సం॥ వాడుకోవాలి. *(G.O.Ms.No.1205 Edn Dt:23-10-1981)*

6. సెలవు నియమావళి ప్రకారం అర్ధజీత, సంపాదిత, జీతనష్టపు సెలవుతో గాని,జాయినింగ్ కాలంతో గాని,వెకేషన్ తో గాని సాధారణ సెలవును జతపరుచుటకు వీలులేదు.

7. సెలవు అనేది హక్కుగా పరిగణించరాదు.ప్రజా ప్రయోజనాల దృష్ట్యా మంజూరుచేసే అధికారికి ఏ రకమైన సెలవునైనా సహేతుక కారణాలతో నిరాకరించుటకు లేదా మధ్యలోనే రద్దుచేయుటకు విచక్షణాధికారం ఉంటుంది- *FR-67*

8. అర్ధ రోజునకు కూడా సాధారణ సెలవు మంజూరు చేయవచ్చును.అయితే ఒంటిపూట బడుల విషయంలో వీలుపడదు. *(G.O.Ms.No.112 Fin Dt:03-06-1966)*

9. విధినిర్వాహణ ద్వారా మాత్రమే సెలవు సంపాదించబడుతుంది *FR-60*

10. సెలవు లేకుండా డ్యూటీకి గైర్హాజరు కారాదు. నిబంధనల ప్రకారం సెలవు గాని,పర్మిషన్ గాని ముందస్తు అనుమతితోనే వినియోగించుకోవాలి.ఎట్టి దరఖాస్తు పంపనపుడు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు *గర్హాజరును* హాజరు పట్టికలో నమోదు చేయవచ్చును- *A.P.E.R Rule-155*

Child Care Leave In Telugu

శిశుసంరక్షణ సెలవు

మహిళా ఉద్యోగులు,టీచర్లకు వారి మొత్తం సర్వీసులో 90 రోజులు శిశుసంరక్షణ సెలవు మంజూరుకు అనుమతిస్తూ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం *జివో.209 తేది:21-11-2016* ద్వారా ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది.

1.90 రోజుల సీసీయల్ ను విడతకు 15 రోజులు మించకుండా కనీసం ఆరు విడతల్లో మంజూరుచేయాలి.

2.180 రోజుల ప్రసూతి సెలవుకు ఈ సీసీఎల్ అదనం.

3.ఇద్దరి పెద్దపిల్లల వయస్సు 18 ఏళ్ళు నిండేవరకు సీసీఎల్ అనుమతించాలి.

4.40 శాతం ఆపై అంగవైకల్యం కలిగియున్న పిల్లలు ఉన్న పక్షంలో 22 ఏళ్ళ వరకు మంజూరుచేయాలి.

5.ఇద్దరికంటే ఎక్కువ సంతానం కలిగిఉన్నట్లయితే మొదటి ఇద్దరి పిల్లల వయస్సును మాత్రమే పరిగణలోకి తీసుకోవాలి.

6.మహిళా ఉద్యోగుల,టీచర్ల పిల్లలు పూర్తిగా వారిపై ఆధారపడి వారితో కలిసి ఉంటేనే సీసీఎల్ మంజూరుచేస్తారు.

7.పిల్లల పరీక్షలు,అనారోగ్యంతో పాటు పిల్లల ఇతర అవసరాలకు సిసిఎల్ మంజూరుచేయాలి.కేవలం పిల్లల పరీక్షలు అనారోగ్యం సందర్భాలలో మాత్రమే సీసీఎల్ అనుమతించడం నిబంధనలకు విరుద్దం.

8.శిశుసంరక్షణ సెలవు పొందడం హక్కు కాదు.కేవలం సెలవు పత్రం సమర్పించి సీసీయల్ పై వెళ్ళకూడదు.అధికారి నుండి ముందస్తు అనుమతి పొంది వెళ్లాలి.

9.మొదటి విడత సీసీయల్ మంజూరు సమయంలో పుట్టినతేది సర్టిఫికెట్లు దరఖాస్తుకు జతపరచాలి.ఇతర ఏ రకమైన సర్టిఫికెట్లు అవసరంలేదు.

10.ఆకస్మిక, ప్రత్యేక ఆకస్మికేతర సెలవు మినహా ప్రసూతి సెలవుతో సహా ఏ రకమైన సెలవుతోనైనా కలిపి వాడుకోవచ్చును.

11.ఆకస్మికేతర సెలవు(OCL) కు వర్తించే ప్రిఫిక్స్,సఫిక్స్ నిబంధనలు ఈ సెలవుకు కూడా వర్తిస్తాయి.

12.శిశుసంరక్షణ సెలవు ముందు రోజు పొందిన వేతనాన్ని సెలవు కాలానికి చెల్లిస్తారు.

13.ఇట్టి సెలవు ఖాతాను ప్రత్యేకంగా నిర్వహిస్తూ సర్వీసు పుస్తకానికి జతపర్చాలి.రెగ్యులర్ సెలవు ఖాతాకు ఈ సెలవు ఖాతాను కలుపకూడదు. G.O.Ms.No.209 Fin Dt:21.11.2017

చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవ్ సందేహాలు

సందేహము:-చైల్డ్ కేర్ లివ్ ఒక స్పెల్ కు మాగ్జిమం ఎన్ని రోజులు పెట్టుకోవచ్చు. 1,2 రోజులు కూడా పెట్టుకోవచ్చునా ?

సమాధానము:-

G.O.Ms.No.209 Fin తేది:21.11.2016 ప్రకారంవివాహిత మహిళా ఉపాధ్యాయులు ప్రతి స్పెల్ కు మాగ్జిమం 15 రోజుల చొప్పున 6 స్పెల్ లకు తగ్గకుండా 90 రోజులు వాడుకోవచ్చును.జీవోలో 6 స్పెల్ లకు తగ్గకుండా అన్నారు కాబట్టి 1,2 రోజులు కూడా వాడుకొనవచ్చును.

సందేహము:- చైల్డ్ కేర్ లివ్ ముందుగానే మంజూరు చేయించుకోవాలా? సెలవు కాలంలో పూర్తి జీతం చెల్లిస్తారా ?

సమాధానము:-

చైల్డ్ కేర్ లివ్ ను DDO తో ముందుగానే మంజూరు చేయించుకుని, ప్రొసీడింగ్స్ ద్వారా వివరాలను సర్వీసు పుస్తకములో నమోదు చేయించుకోవాలి.ఆ నెల వేతనాన్ని యధావిధిగా మంజూరు చేయాలసీన బాధ్యత DDO దే.

సందేహము:- చైల్డ్ కేర్ లివ్ పెట్టిన సెలలో ఇంక్రిమెంట్ ఉన్నట్లయితే మంజూరు చేయవచ్చునా ?

సమాధానము:

వీలుపడదు. సెలవు కాలంలో వేతన వృద్ధి ఉండదు.కావున సెలవు అనంతరం విధులలో చేరిన నాటినుండే ఇంక్రిమెంట్ మంజూరుచేస్తారు.

సందేహము:- మెటర్నిటి లీవుకు కొనసాగింపుగా చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవు పెటుకోవచ్చునా ?

సమాధానము:

చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవును అన్ని విధాలుగా Other than casual,spl. casual leave తో కలిపి పెట్టుకోవచ్చునని జీవో.209 లోని రూలు 3(i) సూచిస్తోంది.

సందేహము:- సర్రోగసి,దత్తత ద్వారా సంతానం పొందిన .మహిళా ఉద్యోగులు చైల్డ్ కేర్ లివ్ కు అర్హులేనా ?

సమాధానము:- అర్హులే,90 రోజుల సెలవు వాడుకొనవచ్చును.

సందేహము-భార్య మరణించిన పురుష ఉద్యోగికి చైల్డ్ కేర్ లివ్ మంజూరు చేయవచ్చునా ?

సమాధానము:- వీలు లేదు. ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన GO.209 లో Women Employees అని ఉన్నది.

సందేహము:- చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవ్ కు అప్లై చేసిన ప్రతిసారి పుట్టినతేది వివరాలు సమర్పించాలా?

సమాధానము:

అవసరం లేదు. మొదటి సారి అప్లై చేసేటపుడు మాత్రమే కుమారుడు/కుమార్తె డేట్ ఆఫ్ బర్త్ సర్టిఫికెట్ సమర్పించాలి. ప్రతి దఫా అప్లికేషన్ సమర్పిస్తే సరిపోతుంది.

సందేహము:- పిల్లల అనారోగ్యం,చదువుల కొరకు మాత్రమే చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవ్ మంజూరుచేస్తారా ?

సమాధానము:

GO.209 point.3 లో ఇలా ఉన్నది “Children needs like examinations,sickness etc”, అని ఉన్నది కావున పై రెండు కారణాలకే కాకుండా ఇతరత్రా కారణాలకు కూడా చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవు మంజూరు చేయవచ్చును.

సందేహము:- చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవ్ కు ప్రిఫిక్స్,సఫిక్స్ వర్తిస్తాయా ?

సమాధానము:

వర్తిస్తాయి, ప్రభుత్వ సెలవు దినాలతో ఇట్టి సెలవును అనుసంధానం చేసుకోవచ్చును.

Maternity Leave In Telugu

ప్రసూతి సెలవులు

1.వివాహం ఐన మహిళా ఉద్యోగికి కాన్పుకు 180 రోజులు జీతం తో కూడిన సెలవు మంజూరు చేయబడుతుంది. *(G.O.Ms.No.152 తేది:04-05-2010)*

2.ఈ సెలవు ఇద్దరు జీవించి యున్న పిల్లలు వరకు మాత్రమే వర్తిస్తుంది. *(G.O.Ms.No.38 తేది: 13-08-1992)*

3.అంతే గానీ ఎన్నో సారి ప్రసూతి సెలవు వాడుకుంటున్నారు? అనే దానితో సంబంధం లేదు.

4.చనిపోయిన బిడ్డను ప్రసవించినా ఈ సెలవు వర్తిస్తుంది. *(DSE Lr.Dis.No.1941 తేది:11-06-1990)*

5.కాన్పు నాటికి ఇద్దరు కంటే తక్కువ జీవించి యున్న పిల్లలు ఉన్నపుడు మాత్రమే ఈ సెలవు అనుమతి0చ బడుతుంది.

6.మొదటి కానుపులో ఒక్కరు, రెండవ కాన్పు లో కవలలు జన్మించినా దీనిని వాడుకోవచ్చు.

7.మొదటి కాన్పులో కవలలు పుట్టి, ఇద్దరూ జీవించి ఉంటే రెండవ కాన్పుకు ప్రసూతి సెలవు వర్తించదు. *(G.O.Ms.No.37 తేది:26-02-1996)*

8.వేసవి సెలవుల్లో ప్రసవించిన,ఆ తేదీ నుండి 180 రోజులు ప్రసూతి సెలవు మంజూరుచేస్తారు. *(G.O.Ms.No.463 Dt:04-05-1979)*

9.వేసవి సెలవుల్లో మధ్యలో ప్రసూతి సెలవు పూర్తి ఐన ,ముందస్తు అనుమతి తో రీ ఓపెన్ నాడు విధులలో చేరవచ్చు.

10.వైద్య ధ్రువ పత్రం ఆధారంగా ఇతర సెలవుల ను ప్రసూతి సెలవులకు ముందు లేక వెనుక కలిపి వాడుకోవచ్చు. *(Sub Rule 2 under FR-101)*

11.ప్రసూతి సెలవులో ఉన్నప్పుడు మామూలుగా పొందుతున్న అన్ని కంపెన్సేటరి భత్యములు పొందవచ్చును. *(Ruling 10 under FR-44)*

12.ప్రసూతి సెలవు మధ్యలో ఇంక్రిమెంట్ ఉన్న సందర్భంలో విధులలో చేరిన తర్వాత మాత్రమే మంజూరు చేయబడుతుంది. *(Memo.No.49463 తేది:06-10-1974)*

13.*APFR 101(a)* "A competent authority may grant leave on average pay to married female government employees temporary or permanent for a period not exceeding 180 days in the case of *CONFINEMENT* *Commentary Confinement means:* The act of confining or the state of being confined. The period from the onset of labour to the birth of a child (Gynaecology & Obstetrics) there is no word that prescribes delivery should have been taken place. In brief it may be concluded that maternity leave may be sanctioned from the date prior to the date of delivery.i.e.,from the onset of labour pains.Only the certificate from a medical officer with less than two surviving children. డెలివరీ అయి ఉండాలన్న నియమమేమీలేదు.అందుచేత డెలివరీ ముందు తేది నుండి కూడా డాక్టర్ సర్టిఫికెట్ మేరకు మంజూరు చెయ్యవచ్చును.

14."Leave Salary is payable in India after the end of each calender month" అందువల్ల ప్రసూతి సెలవులో ఉన్న మహిళా ఉపాధ్యాయినిలు నెలనెలా జీతం పొందవచ్చు. *[(Sub Rule 32 of Fundamental Rule 74(a)]*

15.ప్రసూతి సెలవును ఏ ఇతర సెలవులతో నైనా అనుసంధానం చేసుకోవచ్చును. బిడ్డ జన్మించిన తర్వాత సదరు తల్లి (ఉద్యోగి)యొక్క ఉపస్థితి అవసరమైతే డాక్టర్ సర్టిఫికెట్ మేరకు మెడికల్ లీవ్ అనుమతించవచ్చును. Regular Leave in continuation of maternity leave may be also granted in case of illness of a newly born baby,subject to the female governament servant produced medical certificate to the effect that the condition of the ailing baby warrants mother's personnel attention and her presence by the baby's side is absolutely necessary vide *G.O.Ms.No.2391,Fin Dated 03-10-1960*

 

Extra Ordinary Leave on Loss of Pay In Telugu

 EOL సెలవులు

1.ఉద్యోగికి ఏ సెలవు అందుబాటులో లేనప్పుడు (లేదా) ఇతర సెలవులున్నప్పటికి వ్రాతపూర్వకంగా అసాధారణ సెలవు మంజూరు కొరినప్పుడు ఈ సెలవును మంజూరు చేస్తారు.

2.ఈ సెలవు కాలమును సీనియార్జీ. పదోన్నతులకు లెక్కిస్తారు. ఒకేసారి 5సం॥|లకు మించి ఈ సెలవులో ఉన్నచో ఉద్యోగము నుండి తొలగించబడినట్లు భావింపబడుతుంది.

3.ఈ రకపు సెలవును 3సం|లకు వరకు పెన్షన్ను లెక్కలోనికి తీసుకుంటారు EOL కు సరిపడా దినములు ఇంక్రిమెంట్లు వాయిదాపడును.

4.శాస్త్ర సాంకేతిక చదువుల నిమిత్తంగాని, అనారోగ్య కారణంగా గాని జీత నష్టపు సెలవు తీసుకొనినచో ఆరునెలలు వరకు డైరెక్టరు, ఆరునెలల పైబడినచో ప్రభుత్వము ప్రత్యేక ఉత్తర్వు ద్వారా ఇంక్రిమెంట్లు వాయిదా పడకుండా అనుమతించవచ్చు. (G.O.MS.No.214 F&P dt:3.9.96) ప్రకారం 5సం॥లు జీతము లేని సెలవుపై ప్రభుత్వ అనుమతి పాంది విదేశాలలో ఉద్యోగమునకు వెళ్లవచ్చును. పై చదువులకు వెళ్లదలచిన ఉద్యోగులకు వేతనముతోగాక EOL పై మాత్రమే అనుమతించబడినది. (Memo No. 13422/C/274/FR-1/2009 dt.21.5.2009)

5.ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగుల సెలవు విషయంలో 1933 నాటి సెలవుల నియమావళికి సవరణలు చేస్తూ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం (Ms.No.129 dt.1.6.2007) ద్వారా ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. 5-ఎ రూల్ తరువాత 5-బి రూల్ పేరుతో కలిసిన ఈ సవరణల ప్రకారం అనుమతి లేకుండా ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగి ఏడాదికి మించి ఉద్యోగానికి గైర్హాజరైతే కూడా రాజీనామా చేసినట్లుగా భావిస్తారు. అయితే రాజీనామా చేసినట్లుగా పరిగణించడానికి ముందు కారణాలను వివరించేందుకు తగిన అవకాశం కల్పిస్తారు.

Half Pay Leave

అర్థజీతపు సెలవు

1.ఈ సెలవుల ప్రస్తావన AP Leave Rules నందు 13,18,23 నందు పొందుపరచారు.

2.సర్వీసు రెగ్యులరైజ్ అయిన తరువాత నియామక తేది నుండి ప్రతి సం॥ కి 20 రోజుల అర్ధవేతన సెలవు జమచేయబడుతుంది. సం॥ నకు కొన్ని రోజులు తక్కువైనను ఈ సెలవు రాదు. (G.O.Ms.No.165 Dt:17-08-1967)

3.ఈ సెలవు జమచేయుటకు డ్యూటీ కాలముతో పాటు అన్ని రకాల సెలవుల పై వెళ్ళిన కాలాలను కూడా పూర్తి సం॥ సర్వీసు క్రింద పరిగణిస్తారు.

4.అర్జిత (Earned Leave) మాదిరి జనవరి నెల మొదట,జూలై నెల మొదట తేదిన అర్ధవేతన సెలవు జమచేయరు.సం॥ సర్వీసు పూర్తి చేసిన తర్వాతనే సగం జీతపు సెలవు ఖాతాకు జమచేస్తారు.

5.అర్ధవేతన సెలవు రెండు రకాలుగా మంజూరు చేస్తారు. 1⃣ వైద్య ధృవపత్రం ఆధారంగా(Medical Certificate) 2⃣ స్వంత వ్యవహారాలపై (Private Affairs)

6.సంపాదిత సెలవు నిల్వయున్నను అర్ధవేతన సెలవు వాడుకోవచ్చును.

7.ఇంక్రిమెంట్లు,సర్వీసుకు ఎటువంటి ఆటంకం కలగదు.

8.వైద్య కారణముల పై అర్ధవేతన సెలవు పెట్టి పూర్తి జీతం పొందుటను కమ్యూటెడ్ సెలవు అందురు.సెలవు పెట్టిన రోజులకు రెట్టింపు రోజులు అర్ధజీతపు సెలవు ఖాతా నుండి తగ్గిస్తారు. {APLR 15(B) & 18(B}

9.కమ్యూటెడ్ సెలవును 180 రోజుల నుండి 240 రోజులకు పెంచనైనది. (G.O.Ms.No.186 Dt:23-07-1975)

10.సర్వీసు మొత్తంలో 480 రోజుల అర్ధజీతపు సెలవుల స్థానంలో 240 రోజుల పూర్తి జీతం పొందవచ్చు {Rule 15(B}

11.ఇలా వాడుకోగా మిగిలిన సెలవులను అర్ధజీతంతో మాత్రమే వాడుకోవాలి.

12.వైద్యకారణాల పై సెలవు పొందాలంటే Form-A,B లను సమర్పించాలి.

13.వ్యక్తిగత అవసరాలకు అర్ధవేతన సెలవును వినియోగించుకున్నచో వేతనం,డి.ఏ సగము మరియు అలవెన్సులు పూర్తిగా చెల్లిస్తారు. (Memo No.3220/77/A1/PC-01/05 Dt:19-02-2005) (Memo No.14568/63/PC-1/A2/2010 Dt:31-01-2011)

14.అర్దవేతన సెలవు 180 రోజులు దాటినచో HRA,CCA లు చెల్లించబడవు.

15.క్యాన్సర్,మానసిక జబ్బులు,కుష్టు,క్షయ, గుండె జబ్బు, మూత్రపిండాల వైఫల్యం వంటి ధీర్ఘకాల వ్యాధులకు చికిత్స పొందుతున్న వారు సంబంధిత వైద్య నిపుణుడి ధృవపత్రం ఆధారంగా 6 నెలల గరిష్ట పరిమితితో తన ఖాతాలో నిల్వయున్న అర్ధవేతన సెలవులను వినియోగించుకుని పూర్తివేతనం పొందవచ్చును. (G.O.Ms.No.386 Dt:06-09-1996) (G.O.Ms.No.449 Dt:19-10-1976)

16.వ్యాధిగ్రస్తులకు 8 నెలల వరకు HRA,CCA లు పూర్తిగా చెల్లిస్తారు. (G.O.Ms.No.29 Dt:09-03-2011)

17.ఎట్టి పరిస్థితులలోనూ కమ్యూటెడ్ సెలవును HPL గా మార్చుకొనుటకు వీలులేదు. (G.O.Ms.No.143 Dt:01-06-1968)

18.ఇట్టి సెలవు వినియోగించుకున్న తర్వాత ఉద్యోగి తిరిగి డ్యూటీలో చేరాలి.కాని ఏ కారణం చేతనైనా రాజీనామా చేయుటకు గాని,లేక పదవీ విరమణ చేయుటకు గాని సిద్దపడినట్లయితే అట్టి సందర్భాలలో అంతకుముందే మంజూరైన కమ్యూటెడ్ సెలవును సగం జీతం సెలవుగా మార్చి అధికంగా పొందిన సెలవు జీతం అట్టి ఉద్యోగి నుండి తిరిగి రాబట్టాలి.

19.సెలవు పెట్టి తిరిగి డ్యూటీలో చేరకముందే ఉద్యోగి మరణించినా కమ్యూటెడ్ సెలవు మరియు సగం జీతం సెలవు జీతాలలో తేడాను అట్టి ఉద్యోగి నుండి తిరిగి వసూలు చేయనవసరం లేదు. (G.O.Ms.No.33 F&P Dt:29-01-1976)

 సంపాదిత లేక ఆర్జిత సెలవులు

1.ఈ సెలవుకు సంబంధించిన నిబంధనలు. నియామకాలు G.O.Ms. No. 384, Fin. 80 27-1-1979 ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసియున్నారు.

2.సర్వీసుల యందు పనిచేయుచున్న ఉద్యోగులకు డ్యూటీ కాలానికి ప్రతి ఆరునెలలకు అనగా సంవత్సరంలో జనవరి నెల ఒకటప తేది నాటికి 15 రోజాల చొప్పున, అదేవిదంగా జులై ఒకటవ తేదీన 15 రోజులు అడ్వాన్స్ గా జమ చేయబడుతుంది.

3.ఉపాధ్యాయులకు G.O.Ms. No. 317, Fn తేది : 15-09-1994 ప్రకారం సంవత్సరానికి 6 చొప్పున సంపాదిత సెలపులు జమచేయబడతాయి. జనవరి నెల ఒకటప తేది నాటికి 3 రోజాల చొప్పున, అదేవిదంగా జులై ఒకటవ తేదీన 3 రోజులు అడ్వాన్స్ గా జమ చేయబడుతుంది.

4.రెగ్యులర్ కానీ తాత్కాలిక ఉద్యోగులకు సగం రోజులకు మాత్రమే అర్హత కలిగి ఉంటారు.

5.ఈ సెలవులు 300 రోజులకు మించి నిల్వ ఉండదు. రిటైరైనప్పుడు 300 రోజులకు మించకుండా నగదు చెలిస్తారు. ( G.O.Ms.No.232 Dt: 16.9.2005)

వేసవిలో సంపాదిత సెలవులు

పాఠశాలలకు వేసవి సెలవుల తరువాత ఉపాధ్యాయుల యొక్క సేవలను వివిధ ప్రభుత్వ కార్యకలాపాలకు వినియోగించుకునే సందర్భంలో మంజూరుచేసే సెలవులను “సంపాదిత సెలవులు” అందురు.

15 రొజులకు మించిన విరామం గల ఉద్యోగులకు ఫండమెంటల్ రూల్ 82(b) ప్రకారం ఇటువంటి సెలవులు మంజూరు చేస్తారు.

వెకేషన్ కాలంలో ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఎన్నికలు,జనాభా గణన, జనాభా ఓట్ల జాబిత తయారీ,పరీక్షలు మొదలగు విధులు నిర్వర్తించినపుడు నియామక అధికారి ధృవపత్రం ఆధారంగా సెలవులు మంజూరుచేస్తారు.

 Bhadri Gopi, who studied with the HEC group at Mudigonda Government Junior College, Khammam district, appeared for the second year of the Inter exams. In the recently declared results, he passed all the subjects but got zero marks in economics.

 So he applied for revaluation of economics answer sheet. On this occasion, Gopi breathed a sigh of relief when a new memo was uploaded on the website on Wednesday, stating that he had scored 44 marks in Economics.

New Syllabus for Ts Intermediate English Subject

Syllabus has been changed in Telangana Intermediate Secondary English.  

To this extent, the state education minister Sabitha Indra Reddy has released new English books.  Officials of Education Department and Inter Board participated in this program.

 On this occasion, Inter Board Secretary Umar Jalil said that from this year we have printed English books with new syllabus.  He said that these new books will come in the market soon.  He made it clear that the exams will be conducted according to the old syllabus for the failed students.

TSLPRB issues TS Police exam dates 2022 for SI, Constable posts

The board has announced the dates for conducting the SI, Constable preliminary exams. 

The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) announced on Monday that it will conduct the SI preliminary examination on August 7 from 10 am to 1 pm. 

Constable exam will be conducted on August 21 from 10 am to 1 pm.

It is known that Telangana government has announced to fill 80,039 posts.

 Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) has also issued notifications on April 28 for filling up 17,291 posts. 

 A total of 17,291 posts will be filled through these notifications. In this, 554 SI posts, 15,644 constable posts, 614 prohibition and excise constable posts will be filled. 

The board has already received the applications. Currently working on conducting exams.

 Telangana State Education Minister Sabita Indrareddy has announced that the Telangana Advanced Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be held from August 1. 

 It was revealed that these tests will continue till the 10th.

 It will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Failed students must pay the fees at the respective schools by July 18.

How sri Lanka got ruined

Lankans voted for Rajapakshas knowing very well what they did in the past, including corruption, selling out national assets to China, dynastic politics and all.

They still voted for them because Rajapakshas promised things they could not refuse.

1. Their GST, called VAT Tax, on all products was reduced to 8%, thus making everything cheaper in one stroke. (It  also killed the govt revenue). People loved things getting cheaper.

2. The minimum Income Tax threshold was changed from 5 Lakhs per annum to 30 Lakhs! Very few earned more than 30L!

A very large part of the population became tax exempt. This was very popular among the salaried class.

3. For those with income over 30 Lakhs,  the upper ceiling of maximum personal tax of 15% was created, so no one paid over 15% tax. For comparison, it is around 42% in India and between 40 to 60% in many developed countries.

4. Corporate tax was promised to be reduced to 14%! Every corporate supported and funded Rajapakshas.

5. They abolished seven other taxes, including a 2% nation building tax paid by businesses.

6. Zero tax for many industries like IT services and hotels that serve tourists etc.

7. Various taxes imposed on religious institutions were promised to be scrapped. Srilanka's powerful Buddhist Monks campaigned during election times to vote for Rajpakshas.

8. Individuals and companies engaged in  agriculture, fisheries and livestock farming were exempted from any taxes for the next 5 years.

9. The daily minimum wages of tea workers were raised to Rs.1000. Instantly got all their votes.

10. Minimum salary for private company employees was fixed at Rs12500 per month. Every low income family loved it.

11. Tax on retirement gratuity was reduced from 24% to 15%. All senior citizens loved it.

12. Pensions were awarded to state bank employees who were not eligible. Those employees loved it.

13. 15% VAT on apartments was scrapped. Young home buyers and construction industry loved it.

14. Fuel prices were kept artificially low. They bought Petrol from India, and still sold it at prices lower than India. No tax revenue there either.

15. In a hurry to make Srilanka a developed nation, they went on an infrastructure building spree financed by Chinese loans. Infrastructure that they could not use for productivity. Those projects became white elephants. 

Rajapakshas delivered on these promises promptly as soon as they got into office. They bankrupted the country in the process.

In trying to get so many things for free, Sri Lankans actually ended up paying much higher prices.

Now, Srilankan rupee trades for Rs 310 per dollar. For an import-dependent country, this means everyone's savings got reduced by the same ratio. Their buying power decreased. Their salary did not increase in proportion to the inflation. Thus everyone actually ended up with smaller incomes.

Besides monetary issues, it destroyed the country, has caused lot of human suffering with 15 hour powercuts, lack of food, civil war and political instability.

Lesson:

Don't indulge on giving freebies to people for the sake of votes. This practice is adopted by many states in India. If continued, India will also suffer.

2022-23 విద్యా సంవ‌త్స‌రానికి సంబంధించిన‌ క్యాలెండ‌ర్‌ను తెలంగాణ స్కూల్ ఎడ్యుకేష‌న్ డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్ బుధ‌వారం విడుద‌ల చేసింది. ఈ విద్యా సంవ‌త్స‌రంలో ఒక‌టి నుంచి ప‌దో త‌ర‌గ‌తి వ‌ర‌కు మొత్తం 230 ప‌ని దినాలు ఉంటాయ‌ని ప్ర‌క‌టించింది. వ‌చ్చే ఏడాది ఏప్రిల్ 24వ తేదీ వ‌ర‌కు పాఠ‌శాల‌లు కొన‌సాగ‌నున్నాయి. స‌మ్మ‌ర్ వెకేష‌న్ ఏప్రిల్ 25 నుంచి జూన్ 11 వ‌ర‌కు ఉండ‌నుంది.*

మూడవ ఎఫ్ఏ పరీక్షలు 21-12-2022 లోపు, ఎఫ్ఏ- 4 పరీక్షలు 31-01-2023 లోపు 10వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు, 28-02-2023 లోపు 1వ తరగతి నుండి 9వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు నిర్వహించాలని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఎస్ఏ - 2 (SA-2) పరీక్షలు 10-04-2023 నుండి17-04-2023 వరకు గా సూచించారు.

10 వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు ప్రీ ఫైనల్ పరీక్షలు 28-02-2023 కు ముందుగా నిర్వహించాలని మార్చి నెలలో పబ్లిక్ ఎగ్జామినేషన్స్ ఉంటాయి అని పేర్కొనడం జరిగింది.
